You can cry, scream, laugh it all out.
It can be very hard to go at it alone, and nothing is more healing then being truly seen, heard, and understood.
These sessions can also be your time to ask questions and learn about any occult science, fine art, jewelry making, divination tools, astrology, or any spiritual topics.
This is a non judgmental open session. You're welcome to talk about anything and everything in this session.
